Skills and qualities sought

  • Excellent knowledge of corporate finance, strategic analysis and valuation
  • Solid accounting, legal and tax foundations
  • Rigor, curiosity and a critical mind
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (often in French and English)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously

Training: Business school, Master’s degree in finance, DSCG, or university course specializing in M&A / Corporate Finance.
Experience: internships, work-study programs or initial experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, investment fund or audit firm.
