As a genuine strategic partner, he or she is involved at every stage of the transaction, analyzing, valuing and structuring the deal, while guaranteeing its financial, legal and tax security.

Skills and qualities sought
- Excellent knowledge of corporate finance, strategic analysis and valuation
- Solid accounting, legal and tax foundations
- Rigor, curiosity and a critical mind
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (often in French and English)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously
Training: Business school, Master’s degree in finance, DSCG, or university course specializing in M&A / Corporate Finance.
Experience: internships, work-study programs or initial experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, investment fund or audit firm.
