The main tasks of an employment lawyer

  • Solid knowledge of labor law and social security law
  • Excellent ability to analyze, draft and interpret legal texts
  • Pedagogical skills and good interpersonal skills with managers and HR teams
  • Thoroughness, confidentiality and advisory skills
  • Team spirit and a taste for collaborative work
  • Curiosity and constant monitoring of social news

Training: Master 2 in labor law, employment law or social protection law.
Experience: internships or experience in a law firm, accounting firm or corporate HR department.
