At WeMa, the Employment Lawyer supports managers and HR departments in the legal management of labor relations. A true expert in the French Labor Code and collective agreements, he or she can help prevent social risks and provide strategic support to enhance the quality of social dialogue.

Skills and qualities sought
- Solid knowledge of labor law and social security law
- Excellent ability to analyze, draft and interpret legal texts
- Pedagogical skills and good interpersonal skills with managers and HR teams
- Thoroughness, confidentiality and advisory skills
- Team spirit and a taste for collaborative work
- Curiosity and constant monitoring of social news
Training: Master 2 in labor law, employment law or social protection law.
Experience: internships or experience in a law firm, accounting firm or corporate HR department.
