At WeMa, the Data Analyst plays a key role in adding value to financial, social and operational information.

Its aim: to collect, structure and interpret data to help managers make informed decisions and manage their activities more effectively.

Joining WeMa as a Data Analyst means joining a multi-disciplinary group of experts that places data at the heart of its businesses: accounting, finance, HR, auditing, CSR and strategic consulting.

The Data Analyst's main missions

As part of the Performance & Data division, the Data Analyst works on high value-added projects with the aim of making data accessible, readable and useful for decision-making.

Skills and qualities sought

  • Proficiency in analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Solid grounding in statistics, finance and business intelligence
  • Analytical mind and intellectual curiosity
  • Thoroughness, method and ability to summarize
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to explain technical subjects in layman’s terms
  • Taste for cross-disciplinary work with multidisciplinary teams

Training: 3 to 5 years’ higher education in statistics, data science, finance, business intelligence or engineering.

Experience: internship, work-study or first experience in data, finance, auditing or consulting.
