The main tasks of the Payroll Manager

As part of the Payroll Management & Social Consulting division, WeMa payroll managers work with companies of all sizes and in all sectors. Their aim is to ensure compliance, reliability and peace of mind for employers and their employees.

Skills and qualities sought

  • Excellent knowledge of labor and social legislation
  • Proficiency in payroll tools (Silae, Sage, Cegid, etc.)
  • Thoroughness, reliability and attention to detail
  • Discretion, confidentiality and a sense of customer service
  • Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
  • Curiosity about legal and technological developments

Training: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in payroll, HR or accounting (BTS CG, Licence professionnelle Gestion de la paie, etc.).
Experience: internships, work-study or first experience in an accounting firm or HR department.
