- Proficiency in payroll tools (Silae, Sage, Cegid, etc.)

- Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
- Curiosity about legal and technological developments
Training: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in payroll, HR or accounting (BTS CG, Licence professionnelle Gestion de la paie, etc.).
Experience: internships, work-study or first experience in an accounting firm or HR department.
