The main tasks of a corporate lawyer
WeMa Légal’s lawyers work alongside managers, partners and investors to guarantee the legal security of companies while supporting their growth strategy.
Advising on the creation, structuring and transformation of companies
SARL, SAS, SCI, holding, etc.
Drafting articles of association, shareholders' agreements and intra-group agreements
Ensure the annual legal secretariat and legal compliance of structures
Supporting restructuring operations: mergers, contributions, disposals, transfers
Draft and negotiate contracts for the sale of shares, funds or assets
Advisor on governance, transmission and protection of professional assets
Assisting and defending customers in the event of disputes between partners or commercial litigation
Skills and qualities sought
- Sound knowledge of corporate, commercial and tax law
- Excellent analytical, writing and summarizing skills
- Customer relations skills and a taste for multidisciplinary teamwork
- Economic curiosity and understanding of financial issues
- A pragmatic, rigorous and solutions-oriented mindset
Training: Master 2 in Business Law or Corporate Law, CAPA.
Experience: internships in business law firms, experience in corporate or commercial law.
