The main tasks of the Business Lawyer
WeMa‘s lawyers support managers, investors and entrepreneurs in the day-to-day and strategic management of their structures, with the aim of protecting the interests of the company and its managers while supporting their growth.
Creating and structuring companies
SARL, SAS, SCI, associations, holding companies…
Drafting and updating articles of association, partnership agreements, conventions and contracts
Annual legal secretariat
General meetings, approval of accounts, management reports
Support for exceptional operations
Mergers, contributions, transformations, capital increases, transfers
Analysis and drafting of commercial contracts, partnerships and professional leases
Legal and preventive advice to anticipate risks and secure decisions
Monitoring regulations and adapting practices to legal changes
Skills and qualities sought
- Sound knowledge of corporate, commercial and contract law
- Ability to analyze, summarize and draft legal texts
- Thoroughness, discretion and attention to detail
- Team spirit and a taste for cross-functionality with the accounting and finance divisions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Curiosity about economic and entrepreneurial issues
Training: Master 2 in Business Law, Corporate Law or equivalent.
Experience: internships, work-study or initial experience in a law firm, accountancy firm or corporate legal department.
