He oversees several customer portfolios, supervises project managers and actively contributes to the firm’s business development.

The mission manager's main tasks

WeMa Mission Directors take on highly responsible missions at the crossroads of management, consulting and strategic steering.

Objective: to create sustainable value for customers and strengthen the firm’s internal dynamics.

Skills and qualities sought

  • Excellent command of accounting, tax and management issues
  • Natural leadership and strong communication skills
  • Ability to federate and grow teams
  • Strategic vision and analytical skills
  • Thoroughness, autonomy and a sense of customer service
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to develop new projects

Training: DSCG, DEC, Master CCA, business school or equivalent.

Experience: 8 to 15 years in an accounting or auditing firm, including proven experience in team and portfolio management.
