The main missions of the Chartered Accountant
WeMa’s chartered accountants support the managers of SMEs, ETIs, the self-employed and associations at every stage of their development, with the aim of providing clarity, security and added value at every stage of their company’s life.
Supervision and certification of annual financial statements
Consulting in management, taxation and performance management
Support for business start-ups, takeovers and transfers
Financial optimization and forecasting
Business plans, cash flow, dashboards, budgets…
Strategic advice on legal and asset structuring
Support for digital transition and implementation of management tools
Coordination with legal, social, CSR, audit and corporate finance departments
Skills and qualities sought
- Excellent accounting, tax and financial skills
- Global vision and consulting skills
- Leadership, listening and diplomacy
- Ability to manage several customer projects simultaneously
- A taste for collaborative, cross-disciplinary work
- Sense of ethics, confidentiality and responsibility
Training: DSCG, DEC (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable) or equivalent.
Experience: proven experience in a public accounting firm, or in the process of obtaining the DEC.
