Skills and qualities sought

  • Solid command of labor law and industrial tribunal procedure
  • Good interpersonal skills, listening and teaching skills
  • Legal rigor and responsiveness
  • Ability to summarize, diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • Appetence for collaborative, multidisciplinary work

Training: Master 2 in labor law, employment law or social protection law, CAPA.
Experience: internships or experience in law firms specializing in labor law, or in a company’s legal / HR department.
