At WeMa, the Account Manager embodies proximity, competence and trust. A true pillar of customer relations, he supervises teams, oversees accounting production and advises management on strategic decisions.

Joining WeMa as a Project Manager means joining an independent, structured and multidisciplinary firm, where technical expertise is combined with a human dimension, and where each manager plays an active part in the collective success.

The mission leader's main tasks

WeMa project managers support a varied portfolio of companies – SMEs, ETIs, associations, family groups – and play a key coordinating and advisory role.

Objective: to guarantee the quality, reliability and relevance of the advice provided to each customer.

Skills and qualities sought

  • Excellent accounting, tax and financial skills
  • Ability to analyze and summarize
  • Natural leadership and a taste for team management
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Rigor, method and autonomy
  • Team spirit, adaptability and pedagogy

Training: DCG, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent.
Experience: 4 to 8 years in a public accounting firm, including at least one initial supervisory experience.
